WQUB utilizes
education Internships to recruit QuincyUniversity students to
train in the station. Fourteen students have participated at WQUB in technical
or production training by the end of July 2009.

WQUB ENDEAVORS
IN EVERY CASE TO HIRE THE BEST PERSON POSSIBLE FOR ANY POSITION THAT BECOMES
AVAILABLE. OUR HIRING PROCESS IS INCLUSIVE, AND INTENDED TO MAKE CLEAR TO ALL
POTENTIAL APPLICANTS THAT THEIR APPLICATION WILL BE TAKEN AT FACE VALUE. WHEN
SEEKING APPLICANTS, WE USE ALL AVENUES TO REACH PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEKING
EMPLOYMENT. THIS HAS INCLUDED USING OUR OWN AIR; NEWSPAPER ADS IN 'JOB'
SECTIONS; THE WQUB WEB SITE; THE QUINCY UNIVERSITY WEB SITE;THE CPB JOB SERVICE
WEB SITE AS WELL AS MINORITY JOB SERVICES AS DETAILED IN THE FILE. ALL JOB
PLACEMENTS ARE HANDLED THROUGH THE QUINCY UNIVERSITY HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.
